This series of 52 mixed media collages began in early April 2020 as the Covid-19 Shelter in Place order began in New Mexico. They are a documentation of sorts; with the figures depicted in different states of relationship to the times and conditions. I think of them as guardians in the world; sending prayers and protection and honoring our human diversity.
